Helpful staff, convenient location near subway and bus stops, tastefully decorated rooms with separate shower and toilet, fluffy towels, excellent English-speaking reception staff.

the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided a basic breakfast, but it was still a nice touch.
The hotel had some downsides as well. the Wi-Fi was slow, and the lift wasn't always working correctly.

We loved the hotel's convenient location near public transportation and dining options. The rooms were tastefully decorated and had separate showers and toilets. The staff was excellent, speaking good English and negotiating a late check-out for us. We appreciated the clean rooms and soft towels, and blackout shades on the windows.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with a subway station nearby and a police station located just a few blocks away. the staff is very helpful and accommodating, and they were able to receive and hold a parcel for me. the interiors of the hotel look pleasant and the rooms are tidy and cosy.
The breakfast options were limited and not very filling.

Had a lovely new years stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the location was great, only a short walk away from the subway and buses to explore the city. The room was clean and cozy, with soft fluffy towels and excellent air conditioning. Plus, the breakfast offered was satisfactory and a good start to the day.
There was a slight issue with the lift not always working and the wi-fi being slow at times. , there were not many nearby dining options, but this is a common issue with this type of accommodation.
